Thank you, people of America. I was loosing my belief that Americans were good, honest people who were above predjudice and the politics of division. I was so depressed by the slimy tricks by the republicans; the do anything to succeed, swiftboat slander campaigns.

I think I can go to any country in the world (except Iraq) and walk with my head up. We have turned an corner and we are ready to shake off the wet smell of the bog that George Bush has put us in.

It's time to do the hard work of civilization. It's time to build bridges and help humans move into the future. We are made a part of this planet and we will live or die with it. Let's put our nose to the grindstone and solve the problems we have before us. I'm excited to put my hand in yours and work together with everyone who is able. Lets do it, together.
